People reject your words because they are not in the right standing with the thoughts the have but if what you are saying is right, give them time to understand that and while you're at that be doing other things.

A torchlight shines along the part in which it is pointed, direct your words to the right corner through the appropriate channels. If you know how to get words across to those people that need it, please do！

I am categorically impressed by people who are outspoken but do not be dump enough to let your words give you out because words last longer than when they're just said. Of course, you are wise enough to know this.
